How to read this dashboard
What this is
200,000 spare-parts records from six warehouses, turned into one screen that answers: what's moving, what's dead, and where cash is trapped.
What you're looking at
KPI strip (top): the headline numbers: total inventory value, dead-stock dollars, single-source risks, and overpayment vs. market benchmark.
"What's moving vs. what's dead" (the scatter): every dot is a part. Blue = active, amber = slow, red = dead stock. Far-right dots get used a lot; high dots are overstocked. Dot size = dollars tied up.
Bar charts: inventory value by category and by warehouse, with the dead portion in red.
Tables: the biggest piles of trapped cash, and the parts where a single supplier could halt a repair line.

Set the Movement filter to Dead to isolate the cash that isn't moving; everything on the page recalculates.
